Failure reasons¶

An action's <failure_reasons> declares named failures the target can return.

Each failure_reason name must match the reason returned by the service. The target's action response uses a failure status and the declared reason. An empty <failure_reasons/> section means the action is expected to return success.

Failure reasons apply to Service Interface actions, not to the ontology or domain validator. See Actions.
