assume_shared¶

Adds a proposition to the facts treated as shared between the user and system. It does not itself request an utterance.

Attributes and child¶

There are no attributes. The required child is one predicate proposition, whose predicate and value must match the ontology.

Behavior and usage¶

The assumed fact is available to questions and plan conditions as shared commitment. A matching findout can be considered answered with this value. Use assume_system_belief for private knowledge, or inform when the fact should also be communicated to the user.

Placement¶

Can appear in a goal plan or postplan, or in either branch of an if.
